The Microdosing Death™ Approach
Small, slow, gentle, sustainable doses of Death. Compassionate doses. Radically honest doses. Easily workable and integrate-able doses. Life and soul-affirming doses. Liberating doses. Empowering and renewing doses.
Microdosing Death is an approached focused on gently yet powerfully turning towards, exploring, unpacking, interrogating and transforming the excessive, non-adaptive and life-limiting fears, anxieties and aversions held around death.
The Microdosing Death psychotherapy and coaching curricula were created by Dr. Breach, and integrate a variety of evidence-based tools and skills (e.g., from CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed somatic therapy, STPP, etc). The application of curricula components is flexible and is tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

While both curricula are geared towards folks who want to come into a less fear-based and more nourishing relationship with death, the psychotherapy curriculum in particular is designed to support folks experiencing clinically significant anxiety/phobia around death.
